Though many Gopher State One Call users are familiar with the call center’s free smartphone-compatible Mobile E-Ticket submission application; facility operators, locators, and professional excavators will be pleased to learn that the ability to Search for Ticket status & Positive Response options have now been enabled. With GSOC’s new Mobile Search and Positive Response apps, smartphone users need only check out these brand new tools:

A new mobile app now offers quick access to many of Gopher State One Call’s resources and provides excavators, facility operators and homeowners with another avenue of communication with GSOC from their mobile smartphone or tablet device whether they are at the office, at home or working at a remote job site.
