Statusing Methods


 

There are currently three methods for statusing tickets to Minnesota Ticket Check®.

Option 1 - Online Individual Status

This option allows users to status tickets individually via the web-based application.

The following two options are used by users that wish to status tickets in batch.

Option 2 - Online Batch Status Upload Process

This option allows users to batch via the web where they have formatted a file in the specified format, logs onto the web-based application and manually uploads the file(s).  This is called Batch Upload.  For more information on the Online Batch Status Upload Process, click here.

Option 3 - FTP Status Upload Process

This option allows users to FTP properly formatted files to the FTP address.  This is typically used by users that have a large volume.  This allows users to send large status files to be processed automatically. For more information on the FTP Status Upload Process, click here.
