New Spanish Resources
To better serve Minnesota’s Spanish speaking communities, GSOC has developed a Spanish Resources page within our Resource Center. It includes a growing library of materials each listed with both English and Spanish titles for easy reference.
Automated Marking Instructions and Electronic White Lining
This new feature, providing a consistent language for marking instructions and resulting in better more useful information for locators, is available now.
Mandatory Electronic Positive Response
Effective 8/1/26, all facility operators will be required to provide an electronic positive response on each excavation notice through GSOC prior to expiration of the required locate period.
