Welcome to Gopher State One Call (GSOC)’s newly redesigned website! The new layout provides a fresh look and feel, along with a new, easier to navigate structure and several exciting features. Keep reading to learn more about these new features.
Search Option
The GSOC website now has a search function to help you find anything you’re looking for. Simply click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page, type in what you’re searching for, and press “enter” or “return” on your keyboard to search. You’ll be taken to a results page with everything related the word or phrase you’ve entered.
Ticketing Section
The new-and-improved Ticketing section provides a variety of useful information on ticket submission, ticket types, marking information, and safe excavation guidance – all broken down into easy-to-navigate pages. Take a look by hovering over “Ticketing” above.
Resource Center
The new Resource Center section of the website is packed with helpful digital and physical materials, including a private locator directory, educational ITIC resources, a new reference material library, and more. Check it out by hovering over “Resource Center” above.
Reference Material Library
The new reference material library houses all of the site’s downloadable materials, such as the GSOC Handbook, Excavator Quick Start Guides, Meet Documentation forms, and much, much more. All of these materials have been updated to reflect the 216D law changes. We’ve also added a section of GSOC logos to be used by our damage prevention partners and a Marketing Materials section with downloadable posters. You can find this page under the Resource Center.
Promotional Materials
The new GSOC site makes ordering free promotional materials easier than ever before! Simply add materials like calendars, GSCO handbooks, helpful guides, and more to your cart and fill in your shipping information. The Promotional Material page is under the Resource Center.
Each company may request up to 500 items per year across all materials. To help ensure fair and consistent distribution, we recommend limiting orders to two per year. For special requests, please contact Olivia Phillips at [email protected].
